2015 EDITION - How to install NPS®: composite beam, column and slab

NPS® New Performance System: column, beam and slab by Tecnostrutture. The video shows the speed and the precision of building vertical structures, even for wide dimensions, guaranteed by using the NPS® system. The prefabricated pillars NPS®, produced in the plant and provided with the right dimensions and the holes for the lodging the beams, are positioned and fixed to the foundations. After that, it is possible to lodge the steel beams, produced in the plant. In order to complete the horizontal supporting structures, it is necessary to place the slabs and pour the concrete: in this way it is possible to obtain a monolithic structure among beams, pillars and slabs. NPS® New Performance System: strutture miste acciaio-calcestruzzo. Il video illustra la precisione e la velocità di costruzione di strutture in elevazione, anche di grandi dimensioni, grazie all’utilizzo della tecnologia costruttiva NPS®. I pilastri prefabbricati NPS®, realizzati in stabilimento con le dimensioni di progetto e con la predisposizione dei fori per l’alloggiamento delle travi, vengono posizionati e fissati sulle chiamate di fondazione. Dopo aver creato il reticolo di pilastri, si posano le travi in acciaio, realizzate sempre in stabilimento. Per completare le strutture portanti orizzontali, vengono posizionate le lastre di solaio armate ed infine si procede al getto del calcestruzzo che completa l’impalcato e che crea una struttura monolitica tra travi, pilastri e solai. https://ift.tt/2mcQmim
